Guardians you add can sign forms, pay and see your family's information. The account owner can remove guardians or close the account. Accurate information. You agree to keep your children's care, contact and pickup information complete and current. Guides rely on it. Enrollment and payment. Adventure Pods places are offered after an application; a deposit secures an offered place. Prices, installment schedules, late fees, refunds and cancellations follow the policies shown at checkout, which are saved with your payment plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Program participation. Taking part also requires the signed participation agreement and the other required forms. Acceptable use. Don't share your sign-in link, try to access other families' information, or misuse the service. Changes. We may update these terms; we'll tell you about important changes by email.
